DESCRIPTION:
Ansonia Clock Co., C.1905, Royal Bonn, "LA NORMANDIE" porcelain china cased clock, with 8-day, gong strike mov't with open escapement on porcelain dial, in a Blue Delft case with windmills and sailing ships.
CONDITION:
overall very good to excellent original condition; some minor darkening to the panel below the dial; but not chips, no breaks nor repairs, and the blue decorations of nice quality. For reference, see Ly's Ansonia book, page 611; 2004 price guide = $1000. Delft and portrait models are the hardest to find. Ht 13,5"
